GeneChip Oncology Database
GCOD is a collection of publicly available microarray gene
expression data on Affymetrix GeneChip
arrays related to human cancers.
Currently only datasets with raw data (CEL files) available were collected and
subjected to extensive manual curation, consistent quality control,
and uniform processing
You can search the experiments in the collection, perform statistical analysis, and
download processed data; or to query gene expression profiles using Official Gene Symbol,
Entrez Gene ID,
Unigene ID,
GenBank Accession,
Affymetrix probeset ID, or free text keywords.
